In line with evidence-based practice, health behavior research forms the foundation of our interventions, projects, and products. Our research team consists of scientists with graduate degrees from a variety of backgrounds including: communication, education, exercise physiology, instructional design, psychology, public administration, and public health. We base all of our project designs in theoretical constructs, and evaluate the efficacy and effectiveness of our interventions.

Our goal is to create innovative programs with an emphasis on promoting preventative behaviors and policies, to test these programs and to then share these findings. Findings are shared through peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations and by programs being published to portals for evidence-based programs such as the Cancer Control P.L.A.N.E.T.
